Meet Christelle

With 18 years of combined experience in compliance, operations, and HR, Christelle G. Niamke leverages her strengths in organizational skills and attention to detail to streamline complex processes. Through her various ventures, all named Ubora — Swahili for excellence — Christelle is passionate about helping others find hope and fulfillment in unexpected places. Whether it is guiding a student with the college application process, making real estate transactions stress-free, or writing a book on finding hope after infertility, she is always looking for the next opportunity to make an impact.

Before embracing full-time entrepreneurship, Christelle worked in financial services at various firms including Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and Bank of America. Now she applies that same expertise to create stress-free experiences for her clients.

Christelle is a firm believer in lifelong learning, she holds:

  • A Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University

  • A Master of Arts in Comparative Politics from the University of York in the UK

  • A Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology-Anthropology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the National Public Honors College.

She also holds:

  • A Certificate of Advanced Analytics from Georgetown University

  • A Leadership Certificate from Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania

  • A Human Resource Management Certification Preparation Certificate from Fordham University

When she is not running businesses or writing, you can find Christelle driving along the ocean, perfecting her pliés in adult ballet, lining up for a country two-step, swinging away at golf lessons, or basking in the Florida sunshine. She loves great food, engaging lectures, and traveling the world. She is also fluent in English and French.
